Namik Akhundov was born in 1940 in Lankaran. He has graduated from institute of Oil and Chemistry. Since 1962 worked in the youth organization of Azerbaijan. In 1964 has been elected as a vice-chairman of committee of the youth organizations of Azerbaijan, and in 1967 has been elected as a chairman of this committee. Since 1969 has been worked at the council of ministers. In 1982 has been appointed the assistant manager of the international department of Central Committee of Communist Party of Azerbaijan. In 1985 has been appointed as a manager of this department.
In 1985 Namik Ahundov was elected the deputy of the Supreme Soviet of Azerbaijan and the vice-president of the commission on the international affairs of parliament of the Azerbaijan Republic. In 1982 Namik Ahundov acted in The Academy of Social Sciences (Moscow), and in 3 years graduates with the diploma of excellence. In 1987 at the same Academy protects the master's thesis, and in 1991 at the Russian Academy of Administration has successfully protected the thesis for a doctor's degree on a theme "The Role of national diplomacy in the modern international relations”.
Since 1992 is chief of international department of parliament of Azerbaijan. In January 1997 submits to resignation from the post. Currently is the professor of faculty of the international relations of Academy of the Public Administration.
Is honorable citizen of Baton rouge and New Orleans (USA).

Has graduated from the Azerbaijan Pedagogical University in 1983. Is an expert in the field of history and law. He has experience of instructor activity at Technical school where has been reading lectures on history and the law since 1983. Also Vasif Movsumov has experience of organizational work, in particular, he was a chairman of students union committee at Technical school.
V. Movsumov worked in the non-governmental organizations, was an active member of three non-governmental organizations engaging in protection of human rights and a regional policy in Azerbaijan.

Kazimov Nazirmamed was born 06.07.1960 year in Gizilagadj village of Masalli region. He graduated from the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, historical law faculty in 1983. He had been working as the scientific employee at different departments of Ministry of Culture from 1985 till 1891. Worked at law department of Azerbaijan State Economic University in 1991-93. Since 1993 he had been engaging in private business. Has been working at NGO sector since 1998. Has been working as the lawyer at Fund of Struggle against Corruption since 2005.
He is an author of a scientific edition «The Azerbaijan Democratic Republic as the subject of international law», books «Four principles of State system» and a conception of national state system of the same name and a new approach on Karabakh question. He is an author of amendment project and change in «Law on counteraction to corruption» and anticorruption examination «Law on Education».

Hashimzade Samira was born in 25.06.1986 in Samarkand. She graduated from the Philological- the English language faculty of ASPU. She worked as an English teacher at the Foreign Language Center “SBS” in 2005-2006 years. Since 2008, she has been working in Fund of Struggle against Corruption.
