We want to inform you that corruption, law violations and arbitrariness of administration reigning in this organization forced us to appeal to you. Faxri Mammadov, chief of the "Sumqaitelektrikshebeke" PC, having collected a group of people around himself, is engaged in misappropriation of state property, corruption and violation of employees’ rights together with them. Employees are taken on in a corrupt way. With the help of his people, the chief dismissed well-qualified employees and hired instead of them inexperienced people from Gazax-Gadabay zone. If an investigation is carried out, you will make sure that the majority of new people hired to those workplaces are from Gazax-Gadabay zone. Thereby, the chief carries out the policy of clannishness in the enterprise. The fact that Gismatali Asadov, Nariman Maxmudov, Eynulla Asadov, Azer Salaxov, Ramil Yusifov and a few other persons rewarded with medal “For progress” by Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Azerbaijan Republic were dismissed, can exemplify this. The chief grants high wages, premiums and awards to illiterate and unskilled people. But the employees, who have already worked for several years in the enterprise and had great work experience, remain without wage rise. There is a great difference between a wage of an ordinary employee and the one taking any position in this organization. Great infractions also take place in bookkeeper documentation of the enterprise. Some employees are forced to sign contracts for a period of 1 or 6 months. Thereby, the leadership has an opportunity to put pressure on these employees. All the listed is only a small part of violations taking place in the enterprise.

I inform you that 3 years ago, I bought an apartment in Baku city, Pirallahi settlement, K.Rzayev Street h.4, apt. 33. On a purchase date, 3 persons were registered there according to passports. During 3 years since the date of purchase, I cannot discharge these people from registration.
I have to pay municipal services for these people too for they are registered by this address. I appealed to Orujov Samaddin, the chief of housing and communal services regarding the problem. To solve this problem he demanded $200 from me. I am not a rich person, therefore I don’t have enough money to pay him.
I ask you to help me with this problem.
