Fund of Struggle Against Corruption Azerbaijan
Fund of Struggle against Corruption was established on February 1 2004. It was set up to arouse public opinion to carry out resolute struggle against corruption, provide close participation of the public in this struggle and eliminate the problems, impeding moral and juridical education of people and development of society. The Fund of Struggle against Corruption bases on creative potential of our nation and accepts faithfulness and frankness as a way of struggle to reach the assumed aims, and reveal real corruption state in Azerbaijan society. The Fund aims at not concealing the existing state and not exaggerating lie. The Fund of Struggle against Corruption aims at reducing the corruption level with support and efforts of independent person, and decent citizens of the democratic state, along with activation of anticorruption mechanisms and resources.

Nation’s property must be given to the poor and the widowers whose husbands were killed during the war. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- State of corrupt governments on the condition of World Economic Crisis is extremely serious as one of the main problem factors today is the system of governmental control of the country, which is based on corruption. And struggle against it is impossible, as there is such crime as injury of basis of governmental system. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Corruption situation will not change to better till the government is the slave of public, not vice versa. Higher officials have to drive out people around them involved in corruption. Anti corruption laws must be followed saintly. But it does not exist. Official-corruptioners continue living in peace. And decline of corruption is decline of state functions or transfer of surplus functions to the society. An official has to make decisions proceeding from the aims established by law (the constitution, laws and other statutory acts) and cultural and moral standards approved by the public. The only difference is that in the latter case the women selling their bodies can justify their behavior alleging the materially-minded necessity to survive and feed their children. There are other forms too. Tenders, contests, kickbacks and rise in the cost of projects are among them. So-called "conventional reward" of a desired person is also included. Punishment should be accompanied by obligatory confiscation of property not only from the thief, but also from all his family members. They also demand support from a civil society. When the will of political leaders bases on active public support, it is possible to achieve strong changes in short term. It demands the maximal organizational resources and tactical subtleties. This trust disappears when people see that it is corrupted. To solve the problem just on the spot do not worry them very much -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Prophet stated that the bribe is a great sin: "Never take bribe". I would not like to see anybody in Doomsday bearing on the neck a bleating sheep and a neighing horse. And this person will appeal to me: the Envoy of Allah appear before Allah for me! - and I shall answer him: I cannot help you because I transferred you the message of Allah. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Corruption has entered so deep in our life that this phenomenon puts under threat the security of Azerbaijan. But it is possible to eliminate it and it is important to do it. The God has not entrusted the destiny of people to themselves, the God has not left the universe and mankind.
