The criminal proceeding has been launched by the General Prosecutor’s Office against three traffic police officers, who were dismissed because of reception of bribery, the investigation is underway, said Chief of Department to Combat Corruption under the Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev at the press conference held today.
The employees of the Baku City Main Police Office’s State Traffic Police Office – Fagan Azizov, Natig Mammadov and Emin Pashayev were dismissed from the agencies of internal affairs because they didn’t take administrative measures against the drivers who infringed the traffic rules and the investigative materials were sent to the General Prosecutor’s Office for giving legal assessment to their action.
