The delegation led by Justice Minister Fikrat Mammadov participated in the 5th Annual Conference and General Meeting of the International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities (IAACA) in Morocco. Chief of the Anti-Corruption Department under Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Kamran Aliyev gave information about the measures taken in Azerbaijan to combat corruption. The Strategic Program and Declaration of the Conference were adopted at the end of the meeting. The documents envisage strengthening of legislative and institutional framework, international cooperation in combating corruption, increasing of the role of anti-corruption authorities.
Meetings were held with the delegations of Morocco, China, Austria, Ireland and other countries, prospects of cooperation were discussed.

The Fund of Struggle against Corruption aims at reducing the corruption level with support and efforts of independent person, and decent citizens of the democratic state, along with activation of anticorruption mechanisms and resources.
