Indian police has arrested the well-known activist and fighter against corruption, Anna Hazare and more than 1300 his supporters.
He was arrested some hours before he began his hunger protest against new law project on combatting corruption. Friends of Hazare consider him “new Qandi”. He intended to held hunger protest till death for expressing his protest against the government, for him, mired in corruption and against anti-corruption legislative initiatives of Indian government, according to him, not radical enough.
